  • What services does TidyNooks offer?

    I offer a variety of cleaning services, including:

  • You can schedule a cleaning by texting, calling, emailing, or booking through my website. I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • In our initial consult I would like to do a walkthrough with you, and answer any questions we both may have. During our scheduled cleaning however you do not need to be home. Many clients provide me with a key or entry code. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too!

  • Yes, I bring high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you’d like me to use, just let me know!

  • What is the walkthrough, and why is it necessary?

    Before your first cleaning, I conduct a 30-minute walkthrough of your space. This helps to:

        •    Understand your specific cleaning needs.

        •    Identify problem areas or special requests.

        •    Provide an accurate price estimate.

    Walkthroughs ensure that I customize the cleaning to your preferences and avoid surprises on the day of service.

    How is pricing determined?

    Pricing is based on:

        •    The size of your home or office.

        •    The type of cleaning service needed.

        •    The level of cleaning required (standard vs. deep clean).

        •    Any special requests or add-ons.

    I provide upfront pricing after the walkthrough, so there are no hidden fees.

  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

    I understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

    If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee may still apply. The exact amount will depend on how much notice is given and the size of the space booked. This helps compensate for the time reserved and any lost opportunities to serve other clients.

    Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

    Yes! I offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services at discounted rates for repeat clients.

    What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

    Customer satisfaction is my priority! If something isn’t right, let me know within 24 hours, and I’ll come back to fix it at no extra charge.
